I HAVE A CISCO ROUTER AND WHEN I START A SESSION
I NOTICE THAT THE DCD IS DOWN IN ONE SERIAL INTERFACE
BUT UP IN ANOTHER SERIAL INTERFACE. and vice versa for
other serial interfaces.
