I have a CICS 7.1 system, and unable to find changing the number of rings before voice mail picks up on extensions
Also need to know if there is a remote messaging to signal that voicemail exists on a users extension? page?

So voice mail system as its own ext/dn number...press Feature 985 to see it.
Then if you go into programming look under Sets/2XX/Capabilities and look for Forward No Answer, make sure to input voice mails DN and then select your ring count.

For notification it's know as Off Prem Notify.
In voice mail admin allow Off Prem Notify, select Pool 1 for the outbound (where 1 = Pool A on the phone system and that your lines are all in Pool A), Pool 2 would = Pool B and so on if need to know.
Then in the users mailbox they press Admin or 8 then 6 to setup the phone number and schedule.
