I have a choice of CR versions, which is best?

We have decided to migrate all our Paradox reports to Crystal Reports. In our safe we have versions 4.5, 5 & 6 that have rarely been used in the past. Can anyone give me some pointers which is best as the latest is not always the best...are any bug-ridden etc?

Crystal has dropped support for the 4.6 version and since they are up to version 8.5 and may be getting ready to drop support for versions 5 & 6.

We use version 8 and have encountered no problems. If you don't want to upgrade to version 8 then I recommend you use version 6. Also, Crystal has a downloadable ActiveX control for version 6 which is easier to use than other methods if you are making reporta available from VB programs.
