I have a BCM50 3.0. It is running both the RCC and Activity Reporter and has a Telstradt attached to the PRI.
I can get my line usage reports with all the data except the CO Part where it shows what line it comes in on (a Target Line).
Cust need this because he uses toll free numbers to the target lines to show which ad is doing the most.
Is there a setting that I am forgetting to force the lines to show on the report?
