I have 8x24 with 4 lines,10 T7316 sets,i put all 4 lines in pool A. how i can program set so ,when i pickup resiver i have outsite line with out pressing line button.

In Line Access you could assign each set to be prime to PoolA which would give you external dial tone on lift.
To make an internal call press the intercom key before lifting the handset, or If you have 2 intercom on each set, press the 2nd intercom key after lifting the handset.
