I have 6x16 with the 7310 sets and flash 2 if i change sets to 7316 massage light will be come one ,or please let me know how i can make massage light go on when massage is send to the telephone.

You have to have 4.2 or higher software for this to happen
You would have to upgrade your system to a Compact or a Modular. Hope this helps.
