I guess this error already came in about every platform...

I'm trying to install Oracle 8.1.7 client on AIX 4.33 box
but the installation won't go past this point.

"Error in invoking target ntcontab.o of makefile"

What's going on here ? The file exists and is marked as read/write/execute...

Check your swap space while installing, maybe you have insufficient pagins space here.
