I got this message when i try to varyon vg !!!
0516-1281 synclvodm: Warning, lv control block of lv01
has been over written.
0516-622 synclvodm: Warning, cannot write lv control block data.
Someone know about it something ?

Probably you are using lv01 as a raw device and application which uses it (for example database) overwritten LVCB (first 512bytes of 1 block in LV). It is normal error in this case but it is not recommended by IBM to overwritte the LVCB.

You can ignore it because AIX will not "synclvodm" the LV until LVCB has wrong format - and it has because it is overwritten in your case.

regards, m.
