I got Conectivity SSLVPN Problem!!! Urgent

Hi guys,
For some reason i cannot add any command on the sslvpn window in the contivity 1740. I checked the version and i sow that 4.2.1.7 is installed in the mashine with parameter "old". What is it ?
If i am trying to add any option to the window (for example new SNMP SERVER), i am recieving : " Error: unknown command..." .
Anybody can help me with that? What should i check ?
