Hi,

short issue with NICE. the system is not able to record because it seems that there is no trunk group / channel send by the PBX when there is a call delivered to an agent.

PBX is a g3r with MAPD and CT R1.2

Any idea about the problem ?

Thanks in advance.

Has it just stopped working or did it never work. If it has stopped have you upgraded the switch s/w?

Are you suggesting coconuts migrate?

never worked before it is a fresh install of nice.

I presume this is trunk side recording then? Use hyperterminal to grab a sample of the CDR info and compare this to one avaya parse files that should be in the nice directory on the cls

yes it is a trunk site.

But we do not used any CDR with Nice just the TSAPI server is used in order to collect data from the PBX.

open up cls manager and look at the process called dbserver are all the entries in red?

You mentioned a MAPD - are you doing some kind of service observation or Single Step conferencing?

it is a trunk side observing so no SSC or service observing. problem is solved ti was Definity verion 7 that not support to send data like trunk group information.... looking for an alternative solution from AVAYA but keeping the turnk side solution.
