This is a real puzzle. I just ran an updated filter of mine for our team and about 6 names showed up that I had never seen before - so I asked my boss - who is the one who originally bought GOLDMINE and he said he had never heard of any of the contacts I had pointed out. I dug a little deeper to find the following:

- My boss's name is on all the HISTORY data and it says he created the contact file back in 1994 - when he didn't even have the program back in 94!!
- The contacts are "Serviced By" users we have never heard of.
- They are all contacts in the States and we don't even do business in the States. All of our clients are Canadian.

What is going on?? If we have other team's contacts - does someone have access to ours!!! This is scary. We are also noticing that a lot of our contacts are duplicated (don't know if this is related?!).

Does anyone have any insights?

Thanks!
