I find that 'CSS not responding' when doing Ctr alt delete

I looked on the web and it mentioned css is related to font size? I have eye problems, so have to change the font size quite often, could this be a cause of my css not responding?
I am not actually a 'IT professional', so maybe I shouldn't be posting in here? Just ignore the post if so.
I am a telephony proffessional that works over in the Definity forum.
