I E won't connect

I have a client who cannot open his web site or receive email. From two location using road runner. Both locations are using the same RR connection. But he can open open one site running on the same servers.
Any ideas?

Have you tried deleting all dialup connections in Internet Options and running the Setup under the "Connections" tab?

sometimes it happen if you are using a pirated softwares from microsoft....try to install mozilla in replace to ur intrnet explorer..and install thnderbird in replace of ur outlook express..or if you have a webmail use it first for isolation...
