I.E. Sluggish start-up

I just installed a PC Cleaner, so this may have something to do with it. Now, whenever I startup my PC and I.E. (which goes to Google as home-page), it takes about 4-5 minutes for the Google page to appear and allow entries. After that, everything works at normal speed. Any ideas would be most appreciated? Thank you.

I would try the IEFix:
