When I visit the following site I cant see the reseller login icon: When I try from a another Windows XP I can see it. The Configuration for the problem Windows XP is as follows:

Windows XP Sp 1
All Windows Files Updated
I.E 6 Sp 1

Thanks

What do you mean? Icon or Login applet?

This looks as though JavaScript is not correcltly configured on your machine. Have a look in the browser security settings on both machines and find any differences.

Have a look in the browser security settings on both machines and find any differences. Your machine may have scripting of applets disabled. Change your browser security settings to match the one on the other PC.

Failing that, you can download the sun java run-time files. This will fix your problem. Visit this page:
and click yellow 'Get it now' button and download the files.

I have tried to match every details on I.E 6.0 with the other working computer and still it didnt work. Now the only option I have is to install this Java software and try this, but before I do that I want to make sure that it will not cause any further problem on Windows XP Professional.

If you have Windows XP service pack 1, then it will be okay. If you don't have service pack 1, then you have to download it and install it before installing the Java2 runt time files.

I have a Windows XP Sp 1

Thanks

Thanks AP81 the Java software worked perfectly fine.
