I.E 5.00 Crashing Problem

Dear All,

I am using ie 5 in WIN NT, and IE crashes everytime I enable Run Active X controls and plug ins - in Security Settings.(pc is a Dell) If I have this disbaled the page will load but I have a message appearing saying "An Active x on this page is not safe, etc,etc" (caused by me disabling above), somebody at our work advised it was a Flash player problem, does anyone know how this can be fixed, as it is rather annoying, it only happens on our Dell PC's and no others.

Any suggestions fixes are greatly appreciated.
