Hi all,

I'm quite new to FrontPage and I am making a web. I would like a box/border to go around part of the text on the page, but I can't seem to insert an image (box) around the test or behind the text.

Does anyone know how to achieve this?

Thanks very much!

I tried it:

To insert a fixed watermark on your page, follow these steps:
In Page view, open the page on which you want to add a watermark.
Right-click the open page, and click Page Properties on the menu that appears.
Click the General tab. Click Style.
Click Format and then click Border. In the Borders and Shading dialog box, follow these steps:
Click the Shading tab. Click Browse.
Select the image that you want as the watermark, and then click Open.
In the Vertical Position list, click center.
In the Horizontal Position list, click center.
In the Repeat list, click no-repeat.
In the Attachment list, click fixed.
Click OK.
Click OK two more times.
Save and close the page.
To preview how your page will look, click Preview in Browser on the File menu.

In FrontPage 2003:

In Design View, R-click on the page and choose Page Properties.

Go to the Formatting tab.

There are a couple of check boxes - Background Picture and Make It a Watermark.

It still sounds to me like all you need is a table, though.

Which browser are you using? The fixed/centering should work on IE. It doesn't work on Mozilla. I don't know about Opera and Netscape.

Sorry for my late reply, but thanks everyone for your advice, I appreciate it.
