It is hard to explain you all. I already created the tables, queries, marcos and modules.

i.e.:

Fields
BU (business unit: AME,ITL,UKE,etc.
P (practice): 0,1,2,4,5,7,9
PPP (product): 059,100,200,400,500,700

I am trying to get rid of Practice "0" and "9" into Query. I want to keep BU and PPP and Practice 1,2,4,5 & 7. I did put the criteria like "AME","ITL","UKE" etc. and "1","2","4","5", & "7". The message pops out: Query is too complex. Do you know why it is? Please advise.

Thanks,
chsu

In your query, in the criteria row for the column where field P is, enter
<> "0" and <>"9"

Hi PaulF

I did put the critera in my query what you gave. It is not working because it appears like 0, 1, 2, 4 ,5, 7, and 9. I just want only 1, 2, 4, 5, & 7.

Thanks,

Don't know what to say, I've run a example query using the same Criteria, and it worked fine. Maybe there's more to what you are trying to do, then just filter out the "0" and the "9". Post the SQL statement from the Query's SQL View, and we'll look at it.
