I am running XP Home edition, and I have a small problem. You see I love to read news on MSNBC.COM, and that page is no longer working for me at all. When I type in that address I always get "can not load search page” dialog box. One thought I had was to reinstall IE6.0 so I downloaded the CD install form Microsoft’s site, and well, that has not worked for me, I need to know if there is a way that I can reinstall or fix this issue, it is driving me NUTS.

Thanks

See MSKB Article # Q318378 for repairing IE6 in Windows XP.

I had loaded spystopper, and it put the created a folder, I think called f:\windows\system32\drivers\ect in there was a file called hosts. When I cleared that file, leaving it on the system, lost clearing it I was able to go any place. Thanks for your help though. Then I re-registered the URLmon and that solved all issues.
