If Visual Basic/Studio was installed correctly, it will be available in the add-in manager. If you don't see it where woyler told you, then it was selected to be left out during install. I had the same problem with my API viewer. It was available as a stand-alone, but add-in manager wouldn't list it. Solution to that was to re-install Visual Studio. Difference between a madman and a genius:
A madman uses his genius destructively,
A genius uses his madness constructively.
Select Add-ins / Add in Manager. Click on Package and Deployment Wizard. At the bottom in Load Behaviour "check" the Loaded/Unloaded box. Click OK. Now Click on Add-Ins and the PDW is there right under Add-In Manager.
All this assuming you have intalled VS including the PDW.
