I DONT GET THE "MESSAGE FOR YOU" IN THE DISPLAY 1

I have a norstar 0x32.In some phones when i have a message I dont get the "Message for you" in the display. So far I have solved the problem changing the port and relocated the phone but yesterday it didnt work(I relocated that phone in another port that was working well).

What could be the problem?

Log in to F983.
Hit MBOX key
Hit CHNG key
put in the mailbox number that you want to check.
Hit next key until you see: MSG WAITING. If it does not say "Y" hit CHNG.

If the phone is a 7208 you probably have 'Static Time and Date' turned on. This feature keeps the time on the display at all times.
To turn it off - Feature #806
