Hello everyone

I have a problem and could not search help on google.

I created a group policy called "Offer remote assistance"

Computer configuration\polies\adminstrative templates\system\remote assistance
Offer Remote Assistance: Enabled
Permit remote control of this computer:Allow helpers to remotely control the computer
Helpers:show --> unders value: domain name\RemoteAssistanceAdmin group

On client computers: all users can run Get Help (msra /geteasyhelp), that is good

On client computers: all users can also run Offer Help (msra /offereasyhelp). Why?????

I can see that RemoteAssistanceAdmin group is member of Offer Remote Assistance on the client computers.

I don`t know why the group policy allows all users to remotely controll the computer

Anyone can explain?
Thanks for your help

Tri

The problem is solved with msra /offerra and enable "File and Printer sharing" using group policy
