I do technical support for Microsoft Office---and came accross a question I need an answer to...please. A user in Word creates many similar reports. She starts with the old report and updates the text. The charts created in Word also need updating but sometimes the even though the new chart show on the screen, the old chart prints out...and of course now she can't duplicate the problem. Has anyone enclountered this before. I feel it might be a memory situation...Thanks for your help.

Sounds like (and maybe this is too easy), that the user updated the report, but didnt save it before they sent it to the printer. Therefore the old file printed.
