Hi,
I have placed a copy of the detail and group header fields in the report footer, and then used a conditional suppression formula on these sections:eek:nlastrecord.

But the last record is not suppressed, it appears twice - in group header, details and report footer. What can be the reason? Thanks!!

What are you trying to do by placing these fields in the report footer?

Thanks lbass for your reply.

The client wants the totals (they are in Report Footer) should not be on a page by itself (at least one row of group header and details must be on a page with the total amount).

Thanks.

Do you really mean Group Footer? If you conditionally suppress the group footer and the detail section with:

onlastrecord

...and place a copy of the detail section (with the groupname) in the report footer, this should work fine.

If this isn't what you mean, then I think you should show some sample data, identifying sections and showing how you want it to appear.
