I could not install Apache 1

I tried several times to install Apache using "apache_2[1].2.4-win32-x86-no_ssl" file. But in the "Creating Short cuts" step, stuck the installation process and I could not go to the next step. My OS is Windows 2000.
Pl help me to solve this problem

Hi

Creating the shortcuts usually is the last thing the installers are doing.

Look in \Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2* , I would say it is already installed.
