I corrupted the Frames somehow

If you click on an item on the left side the page pops up but the side and top frame disappear.

This used to work where the side and top always stayed in place

Help!

I clicked on several and they opened in the main frame like they should. On any that do not... make sure you don't have a target="_top" or _blank in the <a> tag.
