I cant view my other computers files in my network-I checked workgro..

I just networked 2 pcs together and I can acess the web from either now. But I cant view any of the other computers files even though I enabled them and joined the same workgroup.

do you have a dhcp server to asign ips? do you have arouter? give me more info to be able to help
