I can't View my mail until I reply

HI,

I have some users who has GroupWise 6.5, sometime They recieve Blank Mail. And when we reply we can view the body.

I ALready configured the Option/Environnement/View HTML reading and HTML writing. It's the same probleme.

I noticed that the blank mail is related to the mail comming from outlook and using LOGO OR signature.

We have this same thing quite a lot as some of our offices use Outlook. You need to configure your settings to Plain Text rather than HTML and you should be able to read it fine.
