Hi.

I'm just trying to connect a database using MySQL-Front.
I fill the connection ok but program send the next message:

'user@myisprovider.com' is unable to connect

How is it possible if I only typed 'user' without my internet provider name?

Thaks

mysql uses access privileges based on the combination of username, password and client hostname/ip
maybe you are trying to connect to the mysql server from a location that is not allowed for this user

e.g. if you are allowed to connect from localhost only, you will not be able to connect to the mysql server from your home pc
