Bill;

We need more information.

Is this a new install?
Has this system worked properly in the past?
What service pack level?
Any new hardware installed?
Any new software?
Is there a STOP code displayed? For example STOP 0x00000050 ?

Ed Please let me know if the suggestion(s) I provide are helpful to you.
