Since my local ISP changed the IP of its mail server I can't send e-mails to accounts of a specific server, although this can receive from any other. From Outlook my outgoing mails seems be transmitted normally, they are passed to Sent Items folder, and they never return to me notifying some error. What other information do you need for help me?

If it is only one single domain you can't send to, then it may be a DNS server issue at your ISP. I would suggest you contact them and tell them the problems you are having.

Thanks Paulwood for your interest. Although my problem was solved I have more information about this issue. Both ISP's are using virtual domains and one of them (which I couldn't send) masked a long domain-name in another shorter:
mail_account@name_server.city.isp_name.com was changed by mail_account@isp_name.com.
At begining I could send to both addresses. Problem began when my ISP made changes to its mail server's IP address. I solved it sending e-mails to longer address.
