Hi Lotus Gurus,

I am facing a problem while openning a NSF locally. I created a NSF long time ago in which I used to put the technical troubleshooting steps on UNIX, Oracle etc. And the foolish part which I did, I made local security enabled for that NSF that time, so that my id can open that NSF, no one else.

Now I have left that company and its almost 2 years gone. Now I need those datas from that NSF. I installed Lotus client and copied that NSF file from my backup CD to my local disk. But while openning that NSF locally, its saying the database has local access protection, you are not authorised to access that locally.

Is there any way to findout / retrieve the data from this protected NSF ..?

Thanking you ..

Sam

Unless you have access to it, there isn't. You could go to the administrator and have it copied to a server where the admin could unlock it.

Pascal.
