I can't make pull-down menus in dreamweaver, please someone can help me ?

If you mean 'drop down' menus have a look at the 'Jump Menu' option in Dreamweaver 4.

Insert --> Form Objects --> Jump Menu

Hope this helps.

You can also try using Fireworkds they make good pull-down (almost like collapsing) menus...kind of like what "msn.com" and "wwf.com" has... I have not failed; I merely found 100,000 different ways of not succeding...

or put in a wee bit of html where u need the box to appear

FYI

<form>
<select>
<option value=&quot;the actual value&quot;>Whatever</option>
<option value=&quot;the actual value&quot;>Whatever</option>
<option value=&quot;the actual value&quot;>Whatever</option>
<option value=&quot;the actual value&quot;>Whatever</option>
</select>

Use Fireworks. They are simple and called pop-ups. The disadvantage is they will be covered by any layers you have close to them in Dreamweaver.
