i cant make international calls on a magix system..getting a fast busy

i cant make international calls on a merlin Magix system, the customer is getting a fast busy... they have a t1, and the provider says that the problem is the PBX.
the provider watched what was being dialed and thay said the the system is dialing 011 twice. thoughts?

Is the T1 set up as a PRI or Inband?

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.

There are two spots to check. Under Tables/ARS for your International dialing table. Make sure 011 is not listed under "other digits". If it is there, delete it and that should fix it. If it is not there, go under PRI programming and look at special services table 0 (this is the default for International). Check the digits to delete, if it is set to 0, change it to 3 and that will take out the 011.
