I have a customer who has an employee (Mikal) who works remotely from her home in the mid-west. She's been working just fine, until one day two weeks ago when their data folks did something to the printer drivers on Mikal's PC. She called our office to open a service ticket to get her IP Soft Phone working again, because it wasn't logging into the G3si CM2.x phone system. I've tested the connection with and without their VPN. I even went to site, thinking I could use my IP Soft PHone software on my PC on their LAN and logging in as if I were Mikal, and I can't get it to work. We've even swapped out a CLAN board for a different one with the newest revision of firmware loaded on it. I also placed a cross over cable onto my PC, created a static IP address, went directly to the back of the cabinet and connected directly to the CLAN board and tried to get my soft phone software to connect to the switch, and it won't connect. Does anyone have any idea what could possibly be a problem?
