I can't connect DB2 AS400 on the ondemand server

I have defined a database source which connects to DB2 for AS400 according to OCE.
When I designed a report using Client Designer,it can connect to the database on the AS400. But when I wanted to publish it to the Ondemand Server,I cann't connect the database.
Why?And how should I do now?
