My problem is change the dns addresses because when I try with ping exchangeservername the return is the old ip address. I don't have a DNS server in the nt server.AT&T the internet server provider can''t help

try to be more explicit if you want a solution.
Have you an internal DNS system? Saying that you don't have DNS on an NT server for me doesn't mean that you don't have a DNS server in your network.
