I can't access login and web mail?

hi,

I made disable one user account at AD past 4 month. Today, i made re-enable that account but i meet problem. that problem is, i can't login with that account, i change account but i still can't. also i try to access the outlook web access with other with that account. but i can't. how can i solve that problem.

Have you done the basics? Such as know what the password is, or change the password to something easy and then force you to change it later.
