i can't access KX-TDE100 1

Hello Every one i am a new technician, before my company using panasonic kx-tda.. models. But now my company have KX-TDE 100 model.
When i am going to access his console there showing message (lan port cannot open)
PLz Help me to access his pc console.
this model don't have usb port,

How are you attemtping to log in?
I think the default IP is 192.168.0.101
With Default PW and INSTALLER if not changed

yes i am using this default ip (192.168.0.101) and port no, 35300
but i am using this lan setting first time and i did't understand that i will give manual ip to my pc lan ???
can any body explain me first step to last.

I have this TDE 100 model brand new.

Your pc should have an ip of 192.168.0.x as long as x is not 101 you will be able to connect.

You do this on your computer network adapter ans set to manusl ip configuration

Then plug your pc lan directly into the system
