I cannot seem to install GD::Chart on XP.

I used the Winnipeg repository, and loaded libgd in the path; all of the examples create .jpg files that will not load. Is there a troubleshooting guide for XP installations? I have looked everywhere through Google, and even at Perlmonks.org

Are you using activestate perl and did you do it through ppm?

Yes, I used Activestate, and I used ppm to add the University of Winnipeg repository. It has precompiled GD packages.

Most of these sites that have compiled packages for PPM don't always test them with every release of active state. You might check which version you are using vs what they have compiled for.
