I cannot remove or uninstall programs in my pc.

Hi folks how are you doing?

Here is my situation; I have a win 2k professional which has all windows updates and everithing, and it has been imposible to uninstall any programs even through local administrator account, because all the buttons shows like they are disable, so if you guys have any clue, i will appreciate it.

Do you have any group policy restrictions that are denying access to it?
