I cannot remove Norton System Works Processes, Please Help!!!

Hi all, I'm trying to remove Norton System works 2003 but two processes will not allow to end through task manager even though I've successfully removed this program from add/remove programs. The processes are NOPDB.EXE and ccEvtMgr.exe. Does anybody know of any good ideas or freebie [non-spyware attached]software to remove these.
