I cannot open outlook??

I am getting the following error: Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. A required component is missing: OMINT.DLL.
Help Please

First try the microsoft updates site @

http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com

or the office update at

http://office.microsoft.com/officeupdate/default.aspx

for patches/ service packs. If this still dosn't work try reinstalling Outlook.
