I cannot open GPO editior

howdy.. Experts

since I have updated some from microsoft website, System didn't let me open Group Policy object editor.(2003 SBS Sp1)

I got error below.

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Program: C:\windows\system32\mmc.exe

Is anyone who had experience like that?
Any suggestion would be helpful..

I figured it out..
After i reinstalled .net, I didn't get that error message again..
