i cannot open a specific page using IE on my laptop but...

using all other computers, i can. ive checked the security settings, looks fine but still i cannot open the page. the page is an online banking site.

please help. im pretty sure it is just because of my settings.

If other secure sites open fine, then check the hosts file.
