I have created a several new fields and for some reason I cannot insert two of them into an email template.

The both fields as the rest have created names beginning with "U" for example their name are = "UCCJDATE" and "UREFIDDCA"

and their field description is = "CCJ date" "Ref ID"

I have noticed that if you select these in the "Search Centre" they do not appear in the list as their name ("UCCJDATE") but rather the filed description ("CCJ date")

I have been trying to insert the fields in the email by inserting <<Contact2->UCCJDATE>> and <<Contact2->UREFIDDCA>>

Can anyone please help me with this???
Any help would be very much appreciated!

Thanks
Mark

What you have done should work. I'm guessing that you did not add the fields to GoldMine properly, or that you have exceeded the allowable fields per e-mail template. Oh, and as they appear to be Date field might I suggest that you try something like this:

<<wdate(Contact2->UCCJDATE, 3)>>
