I provide IT support for a number of users at our company. Two of our users have Illustrator CS for Windows. One got a full license and one got an upgrade from Illustrator 10. The user with the upgrade is experiencing a problem. She cannot display the toolbar! I looked on her machine, expecting to find an option on the view menu like "show toolbar" but I don't see anything like that! I reinstalled the software but that did not change anything. Please advise.
