Hi

I am trying to connect to an Oracle database (Oracle 6i) using CRxi (release 2) using an ODBC connection. The error messages are:
ORA:12154 TNS could not resolve service name
Driver's SQLSetConnectAttr failed
The driver does not support the version of ODBC behaviour that the application requested (see SQLSetEnvAttr)
The Microsoft ODBC for oracle driver version is 2.576.1830.00 - must this be replaced with an older version?

Hi,
First, There is no Oracle 6i database ( 6i is an Oracle Forms version).

The error means that the tnsnames.ora file on your workstation does not have and entry ( or has an incorrect one) for the database you are trying to reach..Have your DBA check it out for you.
