I CAN"T DELETE MY FILES!!!

Please help me!! I can't delete one of my files, when i try to, it says its being used by some other program, but i already closed everything! What should i do! I really wanna delete it since it is quite big!!

Restart Windows and try again. If that doesn't work, boot Windows into safe mode (by pressing F8 during bootup) and delete it there.

Use the INUSE program

You could rename it to some other name, and delete it after the next reboot (or rename it to \\.\nul - that could work, never really tried it, actually)

Is the file you are deleting a compressed file, because I had problems deleting a compressed file. I moved it to a seperated folder so that any dependant files would not be using it and I was then able to delete the files.
