has anyone had this problem? I really don't think it's a security issue because I checked and we both have the same rights - full. This has happened actually several times where even if user A schedules it, user B can see it open it and print it but user A is unable to. And I'm not sure if it's something to do with Windows 2000 as it SEEMS to be a common factor. The few people who are having trouble opening the instances are ones that have recently had new computers and thus recently had Windows 2000 installed. I would VERY MUCH APPRECIATE you sharing any similar experiences!!! Thanks!
